She booms, she roars.
Shattering window panes
With the pounding in her veins.
She fights and thrashes.
She cries for her lost child.
Desperate, she, unrelenting and wild.
With the shedding of each tear,
Each closer to one million,
She mourns the forgotten victim.
The earth soaks up her cries.
It shakes and crumbles at her wailing.
